As thousands of gym facilities have shut all over the country and the world, we are here to talk through your Personal Training options.
There are three main options, all of which have their pros and cons:
1) Remote Video Training
This type of training is done over a video calling service. One-on-one sessions are normally taken on WhatsApp, or similar, and group sessions taken on apps like Zoom.

Pros: MOTIVATION; if the sole reason you have/want a personal trainer is to have the issue of just starting, taken out of your hands, then this is your option.
Cons: The most expensive option here and often doesn't include nutrition plans.
2) Ebooks, PDFs and Youtube Workouts
These are workouts and plans that can be bought online from places like Amazon or watched online on sites like Youtube.
Pros: Cheapest options here, for example we have have a cardio complex book for sale right now for just £5.99.
Cons: Not specific to you. No personal care or tailored nutrition.
3) One-on-One Tailored Programs
At SFitnessPlans.com this is our bread and butter. Although we offer all of the other types of training, this is our specialism. We believe it gives you the most value, the most information, and the most progress for your money. We use specialist software (all free to download as both apps or in desktop form) to progressively and specifically tailor a plan for you, alongside phone/video calls, booked in as regularly as needed for any extra information and motivation.

Pros: The value option - best of both worlds. With our current sale, you can get a month's worth of exercise programming and nutrition for the price of one of our 'in gym' sessions (£60) and the same price as two of our remote video training sessions.
Cons: Won't replace 'in gym' access to equipment whilst the closures continue.
